The ERP System Administrator will join the System Administration team to configure, maintain, and administer the Benefit Harbor platform, working with ERP Operations, EDI Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to map products and support client configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years managing complex projects or supporting technical operations.
• Experience with system configuration and data validation preferred.
• Familiarity with employee benefits processes preferred.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain client configurations within the Benefit Harbor platform.
• Perform system administration for cases, groups, employer records, and plan definitions.
• Assist with divisions, regions, locations, eligibility configurations and admin access.
• Review and copy reports and system records per ERP Operations team.
• Investigate system, configuration, and API-related issues with developers to identify root causes.
