Job summary

Benefit Harbor LP in Plano, TX, is seeking an ERP Data Analyst/Auditor to audit, analyze, and validate EDI files, enrollment data, and reports across ERP systems and the Benefit Harbor platform.

You will work with carrier and vendor partners, Client Services, Operations, and Development to conduct audits, investigate data discrepancies, and support issue resolution. A detail-oriented, analytical mindset is essential for data integrity and reliable benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, healthcare administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in data analysis, auditing, QA, or related operations.
• Experience with health insurance, enrollment data, or EDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit open enrollment, monthly system, and quarterly enrollment data for accuracy.
• Review audit results and document discrepancies and issues.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate with teams to resolve.
• Manage audit documentation and support tickets.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data quality improvements and process enhancements.
