Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ERP Archival and Reporting Solution for the Puerto Rico Department of Health. The role serves as the primary liaison between PRDoH stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring successful execution across the implementation lifecycle.

The candidate will manage planning, scheduling, risk, and training activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience leading ERP, data management, technology implementation, or reporting projects.
• 3+ years managing multi-stakeholder and cross-functional projects.
• 1+ years experience with executive reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP archival and reporting project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Serve as liaison between PRDoH stakeholders and technical delivery team.
• Develop schedules, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate historical data archiving, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive status reviews.
• Oversee training, reporting enhancements, and post-go-live activities.
