Job summary

NTT DATA is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the ERP Archival & Reporting Solution for the Puerto Rico Department of Health (PRDoH). This role serves as the main liaison between PRDoH stakeholders and the technical delivery team to ensure project objectives are met throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage planning, schedules, risk logs, and stakeholder engagement while coordinating data archival, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP, data management, technology implementation, or reporting projects.
• 3+ years experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years experience with executive reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PRDoH leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate implementation activities related to historical data archiving, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project governance sessions, and executive status reviews.
• Oversee delivery of training, reporting enhancements, compliance support, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and business requirements.
• Support change management, communication planning, and user adoption efforts.
• Coordinate post-production stabilization and support activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.
