Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support the ERP archival and reporting solution for the Puerto Rico Department of Health. This role blends financial process expertise with technical reporting and analytics capabilities to develop dashboards, reports, training materials, and data retrieval solutions that maximize the value of historical ERP information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP Finance functions and reporting solutions.
• 3+ years Oracle SQL and database experience.
• 1+ years Oracle APEX development or reporting tools.
• 1+ years translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• English and Spanish communication skills for bilingual users.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Fiscal Management, Audit, Compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Design and develop Oracle APEX dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create custom historical reports using archived ERP data.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to support finance operations and audits.
• Conduct database and data analytics training sessions for PRDoH personnel.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
• Optimize SQL queries, reports, and data retrieval processes to improve performance.
• Implement enhanced search capabilities for archived transactions and documents.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Assist ERP users with troubleshooting and best-practice guidance.

About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Fiscal Management, Audit, Compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Design and develop Oracle APEX dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create custom historical reports using archived ERP data.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to support finance operations, management decision-making, audits, and compliance activities.
• Conduct database and data analytics training sessions for PRDoH personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP Finance functions and reporting solutions.
• 3+ years Oracle SQL and database experience.
• 1+ years experience with Oracle APEX development or reporting tools.
• 1+ years experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Management, Accounting, Budgeting, and Fiscal Operations processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $58,896 - $79,700. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
