Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking an IT Applications Manager to lead ERP configuration and end-user support, focusing on Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations. You will guide a team of analysts, architects, and consultants to align solutions with business goals and upgrade plans.

Responsibilities include managing ERP integrations, acquisitions activities, and establishing standards for application configuration and data exchange, while driving project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or similar technical field.
• 10+ years deploying and maintaining ERP systems and enterprise apps.
• 7+ years leading implementation, integration, and ops of enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Multi-company ERP support experience; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department delivering ERP configuration and end-user support.
• Manage teams of analysts, architects, and external consultants.
• Provide project management leadership for ERP-related acquisitions.
• Set standards and documentation for ERP configuration and integration.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and processes.
