Job summary

Global Manufacturer is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Applications to lead the North American Epicor team. The role is hands-on with Kinetic when issues arise and requires you to run the team and roadmap from onsite locations.

You will manage a US business analyst and offshore resources, oversee the legacy system transition, and drive standardized processes across multiple sites while maintaining SDLC discipline and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS or related field.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic and Epicor 10 in multi-site setup.
• EDI operations experience, including trading partner onboarding and error resolution.
• Budget ownership, vendor contract negotiation, and helpdesk/SLA management.
• End-to-end ERP project leadership, SDLC discipline and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US and offshore ERP team across the US and India, setting direction and reviews.
• Own and govern the Epicor platform, including SaaS and on-prem, changes and incidents.
• Run ERP helpdesk, SLAs and metrics; manage projects end-to-end with change management.
• Set ERP roadmap across SaaS migration, on-prem support and legacy consolidation.
• Travel to plants for consolidations and go-lives; occasional international travel.
