Job summary

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager for ERP Systems & Applications to drive the ERP strategy and lead the Epicor Kinetic implementation.

This role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate complex requirements into scalable ERP solutions and a robust support model. The position is based at the Glen Allen, VA headquarters, offers a hybrid work arrangement, and reports to the VP of Information Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, architecture, design, and integration decisions for Epicor Kinetic.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions and guide Kinetic implementation.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to shape the ERP roadmap and prioritize investments.
• Establish an effective ERP support model and transition from implementation to ongoing support.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners to deliver milestones.
