Job summary

East West Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an Epicor Manager to serve as the strategic owner and day-to-day administrator of the Epicor Kinetic ERP across all sites. You will drive the multi-year roadmap while personally managing support, enhancements, and migrations.

Responsibilities include leading ERP migrations, coordinating with PMO and senior leadership, and ensuring reliable production systems. Strong T-SQL, project management, and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Epicor administration (Kinetic or E10) in manufacturing.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud (SaaS) deployments and at least one full ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP strategic roadmap with PMO and leadership.
• Lead migrations and go-lives for new sites/business units.
• Triage, resolve, and document ERP issues; manage support queue.
