Job summary

Oliver Inc. seeks a skilled Business Applications Administrator to own ERP and business applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and support technology that keeps manufacturing operations running efficiently.

The role focuses on ERP administration, reporting, workflow automation, and coordinating with MSP for infrastructure-related activities; 3+ years in ERP environments preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization.
• Experience with ERP administration, reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar reporting and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for our ERP system and other business applications.
• Become the subject matter expert for PSI and our manufacturing systems.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Lead application enhancements, workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations.
• Design reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
• Train and support users to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on infrastructure-related requests, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Participate in software implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
