Job summary

Flex in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Analyst, Application Technology to join our ERP and data-analytics teams. You will manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and design fixes across our Baan V ERP environment, MES integrations, and reporting systems.

You will work with regional and corporate teams, develop SQL queries and reports in SSRS/Tableau, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Baan V ERP.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-assign incidents in ServiceNow and resolve them.
• Provide excellent customer service and document actions.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on ERP and reporting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and BI reports (SSRS, Tableau).
