Job summary

Wencor Group LLC is seeking an Application Administrator II to join our in-office team in Fort Worth, TX. You will configure, support, and train users on Pentagon2000, ensuring system performance and alignment with business needs.

You will develop end-user training and oversee contractors supporting projects, while applying ERP best practices and leveraging Power BI/SSRS for reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/Engineering/IT with 3+ years of ERP experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Pentagon2000 and ERP best practices.
• Experience with Power BI and SSRS reporting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pentagon2000 system support to end users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot Pentagon2000 to ensure high performance and optimization.
• Research and implement solutions related to system features, configurations, and integrations.
• Stay current on Pentagon2000 releases and modules to streamline business processes.
