People Technology And Processes at Fort Belvoir, VA seeks a Financial Execution and Operations Support, Systems Program Analyst to provide program and data-analysis support across RTI business functions, including mission funding data, manpower cost tracking, and systems-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Army financial/data systems and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report program and funding data.
