Job summary

Corteva is seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Lead to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise reporting and data warehousing solutions. You will lead teams across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, Power BI, Databricks, and cloud data platforms to deliver secure, scalable analytics for trusted decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise analytics, SAP BW/BI, reporting, or data warehousing.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, projects, or delivery organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, HANA Modeling, S/4HANA Analytics, ODP, CDS Views, and Process Chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery quality and operations across internal teams and partners.
• Define and maintain the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with transformation goals.
• Design SAP BW/4HANA data models, data flows, transformations, and reporting.
• Oversee data integration, ETL/ELT, and data governance across SAP and non-SAP.
• Drive enterprise data catalogs, data products, and semantic models.
• Ensure security, performance, and cost considerations in architecture.
