Qualifications

• Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency with virtualization and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Strong problem-solving and system management skills.
• Active CompTIA Security+ and Windows Server 2019 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain system software and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Implement and maintain system security measures for sensitive data.
• Perform updates, patches, and backups to ensure continuity.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across OSes and apps.
• Conduct system audits and generate reports for policy compliance.
• Collaborate with network and application teams for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
