Job summary

FEDITC, LLC. is seeking an ERP Analyst I to support end users in Texarkana, TX. The role focuses on Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshooting enterprise apps, and DoD security posture compliance in a secure environment.

Candidate must hold US citizenship, an active Secret DoD clearance, and possess an Associate degree or equivalent experience. Experience with AD, ticketing systems, and enterprise apps is preferred along with DoD familiarity.

Qualifications

Experience supporting end users in a secure DoD environment.
Familiarity with STIGs and cybersecurity best practices.
Proficiency with Active Directory user/account management and group policies.
Experience with enterprise applications and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage Windows 10/11 workstations including patches and updates.
Assist with AD account management, permissions, and access issues.
Troubleshoot enterprise apps on Windows servers and web environments (e.g., Tomcat).
Perform basic Windows Server administration (2016/2019).
Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
Assist with software installations, upgrades, and deployments.
Ensure STIG compliance and secure configurations.
