FEDITC, LLC in Texarkana, TX is seeking an ERP Analyst I to provide end-user support, Windows 11 administration, and enterprise application troubleshooting in a secure DoD environment. The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret DoD clearance.

You will work with IT support, AD, SCCM/Intune, and ticketing tools to resolve incidents, apply STIG security practices, and support Windows Server environments. Associates degree or equivalent experience and CompTIA Security+ are required.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active Secret DoD clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in a DoD or secure environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with STIGs and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with Windows Server administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support for end users.
• Manage Windows 10/11 workstations and server tasks.
• Assist with Active Directory accounts and permissions.
• Troubleshoot enterprise applications and web-based systems.
• Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Ensure STIG compliance and security best practices.
• Provide on-site and remote support as needed.
