Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Santa Clara is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead full lifecycle implementations across Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain. You will run discovery sessions, draft BRDs, configure NetSuite workflows, and demonstrate solutions to clients.

You will also own testing, training, data migration, go-live support, and ongoing collaboration with architects and developers. Strong Oracle/Salesforce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS/Accounting.
• 10+ years of NetSuite experience.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of NetSuite modules in OneWorld: CRM, R2R, P2P, O2C, Revenue, Inventory, FA, E-payments, Multi-Book, FX.
• Experience with NetSuite Workflows, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with other SaaS/Cloud ERP/CRM like Salesforce, Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project architect/manager to keep scope on time and budget.
• Guide development of customized NetSuite solutions with technical teams.
• Research and present optimized NetSuite solutions using best practices.
• Translate functional needs to technical specs for developers/integration teams.
• Guide SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, RESTlets, and integrations development.
• Review designs for alignment with requirements and architecture.
• Support data migration: mapping, validation, reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs, scripts, workflows, and integrations.

• Configure the NetSuite system to meet the customer business process flows. Demonstrate solution walkthroughs of configured NetSuite applications to customers

• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met

• Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover

• Work closely with the project architect and project manager to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget

• Collaborate with technical team members to help guide the development of customized NetSuite solutions
• Research, design and present optimal solutions for clients drawing on NetSuite best practices
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers and integration teams
• Work closely with technical team members to guide the development of Suite Script, Suite Flow, RESTlets, and integrations
• Review technical designs and ensure they align with functional needs and architectural standards
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation

Qualifications

• Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Accounting
• 10+ years of Netsuite experience
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - high attention to detail is crucial
• Strong Experience and functional understanding of NetSuite modules in a OneWorld environment such as CRM, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Manufacturing, Fixed Assets, Electronic Payments, Multi-Book and Currency Translations/Foreign Exchange is necessary
• High-level understanding of SOX, Segregation of Duties, Change Management and Information Technology General Controls
• Should have experience with Netsuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards
• Experience with other SaaS/Cloud ERP, CRM systems like Salesforce, Oracle cloud application is a must

Salary Range: $94,000 - $135,000 a year
