Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of our ERP landscape and related systems. You will drive the full SDLC across ERP, Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph, and more, partnering with Finance, People, Legal, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and aim to transform our systems landscape to be more efficient and effective across the organization.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering business systems including ERP, HRIS, spend and travel platforms.
Experience with AI-native tools to automate real workflows (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor).
Deep expertise in end-to-end finance/accounting workflows: AP, AR, GL, month-end close, consolidations.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the company’s business systems ecosystem (ERP, Ramp, Navan, TeamOhana, Aleph, Variabl and others).
Oversee systems strategy, architecture, configuration, integrations, access governance, data integrity, optimization and administration.
Design end-to-end processes across the financial and operational lifecycle, integrating upstream tools with the ERP.
Identify bottlenecks in Finance, Accounting, People, and Legal and deploy automated/AI-powered solutions.
Lead rollout of new tools and system upgrades with training, UAT, and business continuity.
Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and communicate impact to leadership.
