Job summary

Grey Search + Strategy is helping a growing company in Elk River, MN find an ERP Administrator to oversee Epicor ERP implementations and ongoing optimization. This on-site role requires leadership and strong communication to align IT with manufacturing operations.

You will administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system, lead projects across departments, and ensure data integrity while integrating cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Epicor expertise with 5+ years; Kinetic cloud preferred.
• Experience configuring and monitoring cloud resources with ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP system administration, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
• Administer, configure, and maintain ERP, monitor health, and perform updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user ERP training programs.
• Ensure data integrity and manage data integration with other apps.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
