Job summary

Remarcable is hiring an Implementation Consultant (Accounting & ERP Specialist) to onboard clients by mapping their day-to-day accounting processes to the Remarcable platform. You will lead the initial implementation, provide training, and stay involved post-go-live for ongoing support.

Responsibilities include live workflow alignment, ERP data mapping, and guiding system setup to meet clients’ accounting requirements. A strong accounting foundation and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting processes including GL, AP, AR.
• Experience mapping workflows between ERPs and software like Remarcable.
• Ability to onboard and train customers through implementation.
• Experience with mid-market ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by mapping their accounting workflows to Remarcable.
• Lead ERP data mapping between Remarcable and clients' systems (GL, cost codes, vendors).
• Guide platform setup and launch with accurate configuration.
• Provide ongoing support and lifecycle training after go-live.
• Deliver interactive training sessions to client teams.
• Assist transitions when clients move to new accounting software.
