Datacor, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee the delivery and adoption of their software solutions. This role involves direct customer interaction to configure and train them on ERP software systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of ERP experience, ideally in a customer-facing situation, and will be integral in ensuring a smooth implementation process. The position allows for remote work with necessary travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real-world ERP experience as an ERP user or ERP implementation consultant.
• Experience with Datacor ERP is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes in accounting, operations, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation services for Datacor ERP software.
• Consult with customers on best practices and system configuration.
• Deliver training and support customers through implementation.
