The Erosion Crew Lead is a full-time, on-site role located in Calabash, NC. This position oversees field crews performing erosion and sediment control installations, maintenance, and corrective work on active construction sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing crew schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The Erosion Crew Lead conducts site walk-throughs, interprets plans, coordinates with project managers and general contractors, and verifies installation of silt fence, inlet protection, matting, hydroseeding, and other stabilization measures. The role also involves training crew members, monitoring equipment and material needs, documenting work performed, and communicating site conditions and progress to leadership and customers.
