Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping) in Greensboro, NC. The role offers hands-on leadership of a field crew, with responsibilities including erosion control, BMP installation, and maintenance tasks on varied sites.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour plus overtime, with incentives like medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401k match, weekly pay, and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in construction or landscaping.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the absence of Field Quality Manager.
• Install and remove Silt Fence.
• Install protection to storm inlets.
• Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.).
• Install erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies.
• Monitor jobsite safety and correct unsafe practices.
• Operate company machinery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
