Job summary

You will organize daily crew schedules, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specs.

The role requires knowledge of hydroseeding, matting, silt fence, inlet protection, and other stabilization methods, plus the ability to read site plans, coordinate with project managers

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews or teams in construction or erosion control.
• Knowledge of erosion and sediment control practices and stormwater compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction drawings.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize crew schedules and assign tasks.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and per project specs.
• Conduct site walk-throughs and verify installations (silt fence, inlet protection, matting, hydroseeding).
• Coordinate with project managers and general contractors; report progress to leadership.
• Train crew members and monitor equipment and material needs; document work performed.
