Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Crew Member-Driver for its erosion control division. You will install silt fence, inlet protections, slope matting, and related services on residential and commercial sites, while driving a work truck to and from jobs.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors, and a commitment to safety and quality. You may advance to Crew Leader based on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurance history check required.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork communication.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work long outdoor days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• High character, honesty and integrity.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with erosion control tools preferred.
• Experience pulling a trailer preferred.
• Reliable cell phone required.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader.
• Load trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company truck to/from sites.
• Represent company professionally to customers.
• Perform erosion control work to a high standard.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Install erosion control products per directions.
• Communicate with managers and crew.
• Meet daily/weekly installation goals.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Relay information up the chain.
