Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a capable Crew Member-Driver to perform the physical installation of erosion control products on residential and commercial sites and to drive the company work truck to job sites. You will take direction from the Crew Leader and complete installations, often using hand tools and equipment in outdoor environments.

The role may offer progression to Crew Leader for qualified individuals with a clean driving record, strong reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
Ability to listen well and follow directions.
Strong problem solving and communication skills as part of a team.
Commitment to customer service and professional representation.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Physically fit and able to work long days outdoors in the elements.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic reading and writing ability.
High character, honesty and integrity.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with erosion control tools or trailer operation preferred.

Responsibilities

Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
Assist with loading trucks with installation materials each morning.
Drive Company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
Represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners at all times.
Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality.
Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed.
Install all erosion control products per crew leader’s directions.
Communicate effectively with operations managers and fellow crew members.
Achieve daily and weekly goals for the crew’s silt fence installation output.
Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly.
Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns via proper chain of command.
