Job summary

Greenrise Technologies, based in Tennessee, is seeking a Crew Member-Driver for erosion control installations on residential and commercial sites. You will drive a company truck, load materials, and complete tasks under the Crew Leader’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and able to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional conduct.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physically fit for long outdoor days and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty and integrity essential.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials.
• Drive company truck to/from worksites and follow traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
• Complete erosion control work to high standards and safety protocols.
• Install all erosion control products per crew leader’s directions.
• Communicate with operations and crew members.
• Meet daily/weekly installation output goals.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Relay important information through proper channels.
