Job summary

American Consumer Credit Counseling seeks a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to design, implement, and manage ACCC's ERM program. You will build governance structures, develop methodologies, and establish dashboards to monitor and report enterprise risks.

The role evolves from implementation to ongoing improvement, with direct collaboration to the CEO and Board. The position requires leading ERM design, risk assessments, and reporting across the organization, including governance for risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, governance, or internal controls.
• Experience designing or significantly enhancing an ERM program, governance program, or internal control framework.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Develop ERM Charter, Risk Appetite Statement, Risk Assessment Methodology, RCSA Methodology, and Risk Reporting Standards.
• Establish enterprise risk taxonomy and Enterprise Risk Register.
• Develop enterprise controls inventory and control ownership model.
• Design and implement the RCSA program and KRIs with executive dashboards.
• Establish governance for the Executive Risk Committee and board-level reporting.
• Evaluate GRC technology and embed risk management into planning and operations.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor mitigation plans.
