WTW is seeking an organized Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst to draft and amend pension plan documents, SPDs, and notices. You will ensure ERISA compliance, manage document production, and mentor staff on plan language and regulatory requirements.

You will support attorneys by researching laws, communicating with clients, and coordinating projects across teams. A strong background in HR and employee benefits is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English or legal studies or equivalent concentration preferred.
5+ years drafting, amending, and tracking pension plan documents and SPDs.
Detailed understanding of pension laws including ERISA and the IRC.
Expertise with Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical, writing and verbal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Draft/amend defined benefit and defined contribution plan documents and SPDs.
Ensure plan documents comply with ERISA and federal laws; assist audits.
Organize and maintain plan documents; ensure up-to-date accessibility.
Train and mentor staff on plan drafting and compliance.
Communicate with clients and internal teams about plan language and requirements.
Monitor laws and regulations affecting employee benefits and notices.
File documents with government agencies as needed.
Manage multiple clients and projects with timelines and budgets.
