Job summary

WTW in Atlanta seeks a Retirement Plan Compliance Analyst to support attorneys by drafting and amending pension plan documents and participant communications. You will ensure ERISA compliance, manage document production, and maintain up-to-date plan files.

Additionally, you will train staff on plan language, coordinate with clients and team members, and stay current on changes in employee benefits law and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, legal studies, or related field.
• 5+ years drafting and amending pension plan documents (DB/DC) and summaries.
• Deep understanding of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft/amend defined benefit and defined contribution plan documents and SPDs.
• Ensure plan documents comply with ERISA and federal laws; support audit readiness.
• Organize and maintain plan documents; manage timelines and accessibility.
• Train and mentor staff on plan drafting and compliance.
