Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar in good standing.
• Minimum two years of ERISA/retirement plans experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for retirement plan recordkeeping and administration products and services (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), defined benefit, etc.).
• Draft and negotiate contracts and documents including recordkeeping and trust agreements.
• Advise on plan documents, notices, disclosures, and regulatory considerations (ERISA, DOL, IRS).
• Monitor regulatory developments and brief stakeholders; assist in examinations and responses.
