Job summary

HUB International is seeking an ERISA Compliance Senior Specialist with 3–5 years of retirement plan compliance experience. You will audit, develop policies, and advise internal teams on ERISA matters to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ERISA compliance experience including audits, policy development, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage compliance reviews, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to ERISA and other relevant regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide expert advice on ERISA compliance issues to internal teams.
• Stay informed about changes in legislation and regulations affecting retirement plans, advising on necessary policy adjustments.
• Support the preparation and review of ERISA-required filings and disclosures.
• Work with clients to gather data and ensure completion of various annual compliance tests (BRF, 404a5 and Average Benefits Testing) timely.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisers to maintain compliance integrity.
• Facilitate ERISA compliance training for company staff.
