FuturePlan, part of Ascensus, seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to support ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting. You will serve as the single point of contact for plan sponsors and financial advisors, handling meetings in person or by phone and guiding plan operations and document updates.

Responsibilities include ensuring IRS/DoL deadlines, assisting with terminations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ERISA changes, while safeguarding confidential data and upholding

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5+ years ERISA experience
• Experience in analysis of financial data required
• Relius software desirable but not required
• Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, exceptional customer service and issue resolution
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form
• Mentor Retirement Plan Coordinators and collaborate on objectives
• Assist with plan design, document updates, and IRS/DoL obligations
• Meet IRS/DoL deadlines for qualified retirement plans
• Review and coordinate loan and distribution paperwork
• Prepare Form 5500 and coordinate audits as needed
• Coordinate with actuaries, financial advisors, and attorneys on conversions and client onboarding
• Protect confidential data and uphold core values in daily actions
