The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of ERISA experience, strong written communication, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with peers and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-employer ERISA compliance experience.
• Barred in MD, DC, or VA.
• Strong writing and organizational skills; communication is key.
• Experience advising on ERISA Titles I, II and IV and Taft-Hartley Act familiarity.
• Experience working with labor unions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Title I, II, and IV of ERISA.
• Manage Taft Hartley Act regulations to avoid litigation.
• Advise multi-employer organizations on investments, contracting, health care management or tax qualification.
• Vigilantly track and ensure compliance.
