TELUS Health is seeking an On-Site Counselor to provide confidential, one-on-one counseling to employees at the client’s Erie location. The role requires an experienced mental-health professional with EAP background and the ability to handle crisis situations as needed.

The successful candidate will deliver on-site counseling, use brief solution-focused approaches, and respond promptly to urgent requests while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Competenze

• Fully registered/licensed mental-health professional.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and ethical standards.

Mansioni

• Deliver on-site individual counseling sessions per EAP standards.
• Provide brief, solution-focused interventions when needed.
• Remain responsive to urgent requests within the agreed time-frame.
