Job summary

TELUS Health is recruiting licensed mental health professionals to provide in-person EAP counselling across the United States. Join a growing national network and offer confidential, short-term support to employees and their families with the autonomy of private practice.

Provide solution-focused counselling, assess client needs, set goals, and develop action plans within EAP coverage. Maintain records, collaborate with TELUS Health staff, and adhere to all policies and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-graduate counseling experience.
• Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate.

Responsibilities

• Accept or decline referrals within our contractual parameters.
• Conduct EAP counseling services in person, via telehealth, or video.
• Enter clinical notes into the database, bill, and update your provider profile when required.
• Notify TELUS Health immediately of any complaints, citations, or investigations that could affect licensure.
• Act professionally with clients and TELUS Health team.
• Comply with TELUS Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
