Job summary

CLEAResult, based near Erie, PA, seeks an Energy Technician II to install energy efficiency measures and help reduce consumer energy bills across utility and weatherization programs. You will work with a lively team in a safety‑conscious environment.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; prior residential construction experience is preferred, and training is provided. This hourly role may involve field work and driving, with compensation from $17.75 to $25.05 per hour and a target of

Responsibilities

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters.
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors.
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks.
• Ensure measures installed are to program guidelines.
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe.
• Assist with customer site job set up and tear down.

Job Description

Successful candidates will live in a commutable distance to the Erie, PA area. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Technician II. You will install energy efficiency measures to reduce consumer energy bills for various utility and weatherization programs within a defined territory. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the residential construction industry is preferred, will train the right candidate for the job.

Target Compensation: $22.00/hr

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

DOT Requirements: If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $17.75 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
