Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite prevention and proactive safety within a Fulfillment Center. You will work with the local WHS team to improve movement techniques through ergonomic training and data-driven interventions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and certification as an Athletic Trainer, plus First Aid/CPR/AED credentials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) or equivalent State Certification.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 3 weeks of start.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs.
• Collaborate with AAs to improve movement techniques and ergonomic training.
• Support WHS goals within Amazon Fulfillment Center and report to Site WHS Manager.
• Engage with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
