Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join its Industrial Injury Prevention Specialists team. The role focuses on proactive prevention and management of workplace injuries, collaborating with physicians to deliver clinical care within OSHA First Aid scope.

You will provide on-site first aid, coordinate with injury management programs, perform ergonomic assessments, and support wellness initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Must hold CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a healthcare or industrial health setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid first aid and medical care for employees.
• Coordinate care with injury management programs and physician escalation.
• Offer episodic care for minor medical issues and follow treatment guidelines.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and promote injury prevention.
• Maintain records and collaborate with CMD and clinic staff.
• Support health promotion, wellness initiatives, and data collection.
