Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State certification) required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED certification from ANSI or Red Cross required or must obtain within 3 weeks of start.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety measures.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
• Conduct workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Provide ergonomic education and coaching to associates and partner with operations teams.
• Support emergency response and maintain safe workplace practices.
