Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state certification) required.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety within the fulfillment center.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify hazards.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic education to empower associates.
• Partner with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
• Maintain and analyze injury data to drive safety improvements.
