Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks an Ergonomics Engineer to support the plant ergonomics program in Wayne, PA. The role partners with production, engineering, safety, medical, labor, and plant leadership to identify and reduce ergonomic risks and to improve workstations and processes.

You will analyze injury trends, support new-model launches, ensure compliance with ergonomics standards, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to promote employee well-being and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in ergonomics, engineering, industrial engineering, human factors, kinesiology, occupational health, safety, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in ergonomics, manufacturing or industrial engineering, safety, or a related technical area.
  • Experience conducting ergonomic assessments and implementing workplace improvements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the plant ergonomics program and help identify and reduce ergonomic risks.
  • Partner with production, engineering, safety, medical, labor, and plant leadership.
  • Assess and improve workstations.
  • Analyze injury and medical trends.
  • Support new-model launches and process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with ergonomics standards.
  • Use data analysis to support ergonomic improvements.

  • Promote employee well-being while supporting safety, quality, and operational performance.
