Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and work autonomously or with teams.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management to assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies.
• Hands-On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance employee performance and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records using DORN systems.
• Employee Surveys: Gather feedback on service impact.
• Reporting: Communicate findings weekly and monthly with client teams and DORN management.
