Job summary

Responsibilities include hands-on deep tissue therapy, documentation, and collaboration with client site teams and DORN management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in injury prevention, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Credentials including Athletic Trainer (AT), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) are required or considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to prevent workplace injuries.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management and safety teams to assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies.
• Hands‑On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance employee performance and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work and progress utilizing DORNs systems and processes.
• Employee Surveys: Gather feedback on impact of services delivered.
• Reporting: Communicate with client site teams and DORN management weekly and monthly to support injury prevention initiatives.
