You will work with client site management to deliver body mechanics coaching, risk assessments, and education across industrial and office environments, maintaining detailed documentation and promoting

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in injury prevention or hands-on therapy and coaching.
• Licensure: State licensure related to AT, PT, OT, OTA, PTA, or LMT is valued.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self‑care techniques to prevent workplace injuries.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management to assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies.
• Hands‑On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance employee performance and well‑being.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work and progress using DORN systems.
• Employee Surveys: Gather feedback on the impact of services provided.
• Reporting: Communicate with client teams and DORN management weekly and by service level.
