Job summary

DORN Companies in Elk River, MN seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist for a part-time, 1099 contractor role. You will deliver ergonomic training, hands-on deep tissue therapy, and body mechanics coaching at client sites.

Work mainly with safety teams to reduce injuries and improve comfort with flexible, gig-based hours. Ideal candidates hold relevant licensure (LMT or equivalent), 2–4 years in injury prevention or hands-on therapy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• State licensure in AT, PT, OT, OTA, PTA, or LMT preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in injury prevention or hands-on therapy, industrial setting a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and detailed reporting required.
• Active professional liability insurance is required.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques.
• Assess risks with site management and implement prevention strategies.
• Provide deep tissue therapy to improve performance and well-being.
• Maintain detailed service records in DORN systems.
• Gather feedback via employee surveys and report to client teams weekly.
