The role supports client site management with ergonomic assessments, body mechanics coaching, and hands-on deep tissue therapy, delivered across industrial environments and office settings.

You’ll evaluate risks, educate employees on proper body mechanics, and document progress using our reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of injury prevention or hands-on therapy experience, preferably in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with reporting and documentation; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management to assess risks and implement prevention strategies.
• Hands-On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy as part of injury prevention program.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records using company systems.
• Employee Surveys: Gather feedback on service impact.
• Reporting: Communicate progress weekly and monthly to client teams and management.
