Job summary

DORN Companies is seeking a Part-Time Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist in Boulder, CO. This 1099 contractor role focuses on on-site ergonomic assessments, body mechanics coaching, and deep tissue therapy to reduce injuries. Flexible, gig-based hours align with client needs and safety initiatives.

You will collaborate with client site teams to evaluate risks, deliver ergonomic training, and support injury prevention programs while maintaining detailed documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field; continuing education is beneficial.
• 2-4 years of injury prevention or hands-on therapy experience, preferably in industrial settings.
• Strong background in body mechanics coaching and ergonomic intervention.

Responsibilities

• Body Mechanics Coaching for proper techniques and self-care.
• Risk Assessment & Solutions with site management and safety teams.
• Hands-On deep tissue therapy to improve performance and well-being.
• Documentation of work and progress in DORN systems.
