Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks an experienced ERG Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of Employee Resource Groups and align ERG initiatives with broader organizational strategies.

You will nurture relationships with ERG leaders and executives, measure program impact, and drive adoption of best practices while managing budgets and providing status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Extensive ERG experience including implementing and sustaining ERG strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office Suite proficient.
  • Strong project management and change management organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
  • Strong written, oral, and executive presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate, proactive, solution oriented, growth mindset.

  • Define project plans, provide status updates, oversee assigned ERGs including budget management and general support.
